Responsibilities
Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities
Develops infrastructure around data, tools and processes to create sustained organizational capabilities
Coaches and develops others to improve skills necessary to be successful in their role

Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations
Continues to push thinking and find opportunities for improvement and growth
Presents comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences
Finds fulfillment in development and execution of strategies; Goes deep when necessary and zooms out when appropriate
Successfully manages relationships with senior leaders and peers and can influence a diverse group of stakeholders through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
Allocates team resources to ensure all timelines and deliverables are met
Creates and manages project plans that drive accountability for complex, cross-functional initiatives; Gets the right stuff done
Up to 30% travel may be required at times; though typical travel is 5-10%
Qualification
Required
Experience leading others
Experience driving transformational change through teams from concept through implementation with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
5-10 years of total work experience in progressive roles
Preferred
Experience or degree in a healthcare related field strongly preferred
