Responsibilities

Lead development of polished proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that reflect Legends Global’s excellence and brand integrity

Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal stakeholders and creative teams

Coordinate meetings and content sessions to align on strategy, storytelling, and deliverable quality

Oversee the creative queue for new business deliverables, ensuring smooth workflows and prioritization

Serve as quality-control lead—proofing, editing, and refining every submission for clarity, tone, and visual consistency

Partner with design, marketing, and strategy teams to implement process improvements and streamline collaboration

Review RFPs to assess fit, understand requirements, and develop effective response plans

Build trusted, productive relationships across departments and with external vendors

Stay calm, positive, and organized under pressure—especially when multiple high-priority projects are in motion

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

2-4 years of experience in business development, project management, or proposal management, ideally in a sports, entertainment, agency, or fast-paced corporate environment

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Hive, Trello, etc.)

Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Confident, assertive, and accountable leader who thrives in team settings

Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment
