Responsibilities
Drive complex projects while prioritizing deliverable execution, mitigating risks, managing escalations, and ensuring stakeholder requirements are satisfied
Understand the breadth of our product offering and market needs, working with engineering teams to deliver projects, and represent Studio in the Cloud in executive-level meetings
Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
Identify core process gaps, improve them, and establish organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations while maintaining standards
Thrive and succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or conflicting priorities
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, and make trade-off recommendations, while balancing the business and customer needs versus technical constraints
Qualification
Required
History of leading large end-to-end projects
Well-rounded technical innovation background
Experience driving stakeholder accountability
Exceptionally strong communicator
Ability to drive complex projects while prioritizing deliverable execution
Ability to mitigate risks, manage escalations, and ensure stakeholder requirements are satisfied

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
