Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers working in Advanced Manufacturing through a transformative period of growth and innovation
Set technical requirements and direction for new and existing first-of-a-kind solutions alongside Chief Engineers, project management, sales, and estimating teams
Drive planning and execution of PAR Systems' mission, vision and strategy as the company grows
Manage the assignment of engineers with optimal personnel utilization to allow continuous improvement of execution and internal capabilities
Shape a complex engineering organization that meets customer expectations and allows the company to experience unprecedented growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering
Background in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, or similar frameworks
Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, and CI/CD practices
Strong experience in leadership, developing others and leading change management
Strong organizational and communications skills
History of producing strong financial and technical results in a team-based environment

Preferred
Background in industrial automation (PLC/CNC/Motion Controls)
Experience with robotics, vision systems, or industrial sensors/devices
