Responsibilities
You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members
Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes
You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets
You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day
You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in
You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory
You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory
Building and maintain company CRM database
Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community

Fast Paced environment
Valid Driver's license and vehicle
