Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain K2 (Nintex) workflows using:
K2 Five / K2 Blackpearl / K2 Cloud
SmartForms, SmartObjects, SmartStarters
Automate and optimize enterprise business processes integrated with:
SharePoint Online & On-Prem (2016/2019)
SQL Server
External systems via APIs / Service Brokers
Migrate workflows from legacy Nintex or older K2 versions to K2 Five / Cloud
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
Handle deployment across environments (DEV / QA / UAT / PROD)
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support
Participate in client-facing technical discussions
Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and deployment guides
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of hands-on experience in K2 Automation
Strong expertise in Nintex K2 Five / Blackpearl / Cloud
Strong expertise in SharePoint Online & On-Prem
Strong expertise in SQL Server
Excellent English communication skills
Prior experience working with US clients
Ability to work independently in a US time-zone remote setup
