Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for landscape architecture projects from concept through delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining and expanding long-term relationships
Lead and oversee the design of projects across a range of sectors, scales, and complexities
Contribute to business development efforts , including pursuits, proposals, and market growth initiatives
Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and planning teams in an integrated environment
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level staff, supporting professional growth and design quality
Ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, schedules, and budgets
Qualification
Required
Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure in Florida)
Significant experience delivering landscape architecture projects in the Southeast or similar markets
Demonstrated leadership experience within a consulting or design firm environment
Strong understanding of project delivery, client management, and multidisciplinary coordination
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a regional practice
