CorrTech, Inc. is seeking a Corrosion Technician to perform field testing, inspections, and installations according to project requirements. The role involves creating field data, ensuring compliance with construction specifications, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform field testing, inspections, and installation in accordance with project requirements; CorrTech Standard Operating Procedures and as identified by CorrTech project manager

Ability to create field data, notes, photo documentation and other as required by the project. Produce field reports, annual survey reports and typewritten data using Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to QA/QC materials and installation in accordance with construction plans and specification

Familiarity with construction materials and ability to validate project materials are in compliance with specifications, construction plans and job requirements

Ability to understand and carryout instructions and follow standard operating procedures

Adhere to CorrTech safely plan, specific site safety plan and OSHA regulations. Oversee and abide by project job hazard analysis

Required

Minimum: High school diploma

Demonstrate technical capabilities in construction field

Physical capabilities related to frequent standing, kneeling, walking, occasional confined space, climbing and working at height required. May be required to lift/pull up to 50lbs

Ability to pass a DOT drug test is necessary for access to certain facilities and a background check (back to 18th birthday)
