Senior LevelNext Ventures is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect for a long-term remote engagement. The role focuses on owning the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform while ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business strategy.

Responsibilities
Own and define the ServiceNow platform architecture
Design end to end solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules
Set and enforce architectural standards, governance, and best practices
Provide technical leadership to developers and delivery teams
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs
Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance requirements are met
Support integrations, upgrades, and long term roadmap planning
Review and approve technical designs and implementations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect in complex environments
Strong understanding of ServiceNow core architecture, data model, and CMDB
Hands on experience across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
Experience designing integrations using REST, APIs, and middleware
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, and access controls
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams
Ability to work standard Eastern Time zone hours
Right to Work in America is a must
Preferred
ServiceNow Architect or Implementation certifications
Experience with large enterprise or multi platform environments
Exposure to Agile or scaled delivery models
