Responsibilities

Support a mid sized (190 employees) hydraulics business in the US
Managing a team of 6 direct sales individuals, as well as another 5 supporting sales individuals
Driving strategy, implementing processes and excellent people leader
Developing distribution relationships, evaluating new and existing partners
Working closely with product team to drive customer led development
Managing revenue streams of $45m+

Required

5+ years experience as a sales leader (Manager or Director)
10+ years experience in the industry or similar
Experienced driving strategy, implementing processes and excellent people leader
Experience developing distribution relationships, evaluating new and existing partners
Work closely with product team to drive customer led development
Experience working on a SLT is advantageous
Experience of managing revenue streams of $45m+
