Responsibilities
Provide design and strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of landscape architecture projects
Oversee projects from concept through construction , ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, collaborators, and stakeholders
Contribute to practice growth , including pursuit strategy, proposals, and market positioning
Collaborate closely with architecture, planning, and engineering teams in a multidisciplinary setting
Mentor and develop landscape architecture staff, fostering a strong studio culture
Ensure projects align with schedules, budgets, and applicable codes and regulations
Qualification
Required
Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure in Florida)
Proven leadership experience within a design or consulting environment
Strong design sensibility combined with practical project delivery expertise
Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills
