Responsibilities
Develop and maintain basic-level domain reference architecture
Participate in cross domain reference architecture development
Serve as the domain architecture consultant for development teams
Participate in architecture reviews
Manage architecture exceptions for domain
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies that include automated, manual, performance, and security testing
Design and maintain scalable testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Work closely with development teams to integrate testing practices into the software development lifecycle
Establish and enforce quality standards and metrics for software quality assurance
Lead and mentor a team of test engineers and ensure alignment with the organization's testing goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years of engineering experience in Domain (Business, Information, Applications, Technology Infrastructure) and industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices required
3+ years of experience in producing design documentation, patterns, standards, or specifications required
Basic understanding of domain architecture
Proficiency in various testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and LoadRunner
Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
Ability to design and implement automated testing solutions
Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure devops tools
Ability to understand and address application issues including integrations and connectivity
Able to develop and maintain good relationships with stakeholders and vendor representatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and identify root causes
Ability to mentor team members
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in software testing
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
