Responsibilities

Clinical Assessments and Therapy: Help build and sustain a practice focused on clinical assessments and maintain a modest caseload

Mentorship: Provide mentorship to pre-licensed therapists (registered interns), review case notes, and ensure high standards of client care and documentation

Coordination: Work with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff to provide comprehensive care

Community Engagement: Participate in outreach initiatives and contribute to the clinic’s mission of filling gaps in mental health services

Required

Education: Psy.D. or Ph.D. in Psychology, licensed in the State of Florida

Experience: Mental health documentation, insurance billing, and working with diverse client populations

Skills: Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), excellent communication and interpersonal skills
