Responsibilities

Identify market gaps and develop innovative solutions aligned with company strategy

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to validate business ideas

Test and refine concepts through MVPs, pilots, and structured experiments

Design and develop business plans for new ventures or strategic initiatives

Create financial models, go-to-market strategies, and operational frameworks

Build foundations for new revenue streams with clear success metrics and stage gates

Collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, operations, and other partners to drive execution

Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on entrepreneurship and innovation

Represent Kueski at industry events, conferences, and panels as an ambassador for innovation

Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and external stakeholders to support venture growth
