Responsibilities
This role demands a blend of data analyst and reporting skills to contribute towards product led growth analytics for the Microsoft copilot studio product
Business & Data Understanding: Develop a grasp of business processes, evolving data landscapes, and data lineage across multiple domains. Identify connections between first and third-party data sources to inform infrastructure and analytical frameworks
Data Analysis & Modeling: Apply appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to address business questions, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in evaluating and testing data models, incorporating feedback to improve performance and accuracy
Customer Orientation & Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, interpret insights, and communicate findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Ensure results are accessible and tailored to audience needs
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in PowerBI, AzureDataExplorer, Grifana or other data visualization tools
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
Experience in Product led growth analytics
Experience in AI-driven analytics
