The primary responsibilities include supporting payroll and billing needs for multiple branches, ensuring accurate and compliant processing while collaborating with internal staff and clients.

Responsibilities
Process payroll on a daily basis and ensure accuracy
Process billing on a daily basis with complete accuracy
Follow established Nesco guidelines, policies, and procedures for payroll processing and balancing across branches
Gather, organize, and enter payroll data accurately and on time
Ensure reports are balanced and records are properly maintained
Perform weekly and monthly billing processing for assigned branches
Process client invoices based on specific customer requests
Initiate and create debit and credit memos as needed
Investigate invoice discrepancies and provide proper resolutions
Review payroll reports to detect and correct errors
Comply with all Nesco Resource safety guidelines and procedures
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
