Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

Translate complex datasets into meaningful visual insights to support decision-making

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

Clean, organize, and integrate data from multiple sources

Partner with the Power BI Center of Excellence to ensure data accuracy and efficiency

Implement data quality checks and perform regular audits

Maintain documentation for all developed reports and dashboards

Recommend process improvements and stay current with industry best practices

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience required

4+ years Information Systems, Data analytics or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill required

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices (DAX, complex data models, performance optimization, row-level security)

Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analysis

Preferred

Experience working with risk, resilience, operational, or compliance data is highly preferred

Experience working with large dataset and data transformation preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
