Responsibilities

Manage the planning, direction, coordination, and supervision of healthcare delivery services

Manage, review, and analyze program operations, personnel, budget, and departmental and facility functioning

Administer policies and procedures; maintain license and certification requirements

Coordinate with other medical, business, and community groups as a liaison

Monitor ongoing medical needs of residents in group home settings

Develop healthcare plans and delegate medical tasks to staff supervising medication dispensation

Required

Registered Nurse (RN) license

Experience in managing healthcare delivery services
