Responsibilities

You will work on multiple M&A projects
In this role, you will be required to deliver quality client service, provide flexible and innovative HR solutions and balance multiple priorities
You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships
Specifically, you should contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients
You should also demonstrate relevant technical skills in understanding M&A transactions generally with emphasis on HR operations design and delivery, data analytics, and understand global and local HR and workforce impacts of buying or selling a business

Required

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of business, human resources or psychology
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Relevant experience through one of the following: Professional services role with a global management consultancy firm or niche consultancy, internal human resources role in industry or related line role in industry, in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)
Expertise in automation opportunity assessment and prioritization
Strategic thinking with a digital strategy focus
Awareness of HR compliance and regulation
Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office

Preferred

Experience in process optimization and HR technology implementation
Experience leading and delivering HR Transformation engagements, including strategy, process evaluation, process improvement and risk mediation, design of HR system delivery options and/or HR IT strategy
Experience in one or more areas of: reward, benefits, compensation, or talent
A proactive approach to sustainability and hybrid collaboration
Learning agility and the ability to drive outcomes
