Responsibilities

Assist with posting job openings on job boards, social media, and community platforms

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach via phone, email, and text

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers at community locations

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Support job fairs, campus recruiting events, and local hiring events

Help develop recruiting materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email templates

Track recruiting metrics and prepare basic reports

Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed

Required

Currently enrolled in a college or university in ARIZONA OR UTAH (preferred majors include Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related fields)

Professional phone and email etiquette

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Comfortable working with confidential information

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
