Responsibilities
You will partner with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions across feature areas. Also build Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) models to substantiate the business value of the solution and identify risks along with data-based mitigations
You’ll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects with hands-on experience with software/hardware lifecycle management. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across all partner organizations
Demonstrate analytical skills and pragmatic technical judgment to assess and make the right decisions with proven track record of delivering features and capabilities for complex platforms that meet evolving business requirements
Drive engineering for distributed, reliable and scalable systems
Experience working on Microsoft (or other industry) large-scale cloud or on-premise storage services and good understanding of storage hardware (HW) technologies is a plus
Demonstrate presenting plans and getting buy-off with senior technical leaders along with cross-group collaboration with the ability to influence and drive change across groups
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects and software/hardware lifecycle management
Experience in cloud storage hardware and/or software engineering
Preferred
Experience working on Microsoft (or other industry) large-scale cloud or on-premise storage services
Good understanding of storage hardware (HW) technologies
