Responsibilities

Support the growth and expansion of our Redis footprint

Ensure successful integration and adoption across the Enterprise

Support the design, implementation, and management of Redis database solutions for our customers

Engage customers

Assist with onboarding applications

Ensure seamless integration from start to finish

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering) and a minimum four years of related work experience with database application development, database administration, and/or operating system administration with RDBMS

In lieu of degree, a minimum of six years related work experience with database application development, database administration, and/or operating system administration with RDBMS may be accepted

Preferred

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps (ADO)

Experience running NoSQL databases in both private and public cloud environments

Knowledge of configuration management, automation, and orchestration (e.g. Azure DevOps, Terraform, Lambdas, Azure functions)

Knowledge of network and application connectivity concepts (e.g. APIs, IAM, proxy, gateways, Azure Key Vault/AWS KMS)

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of technical solutions and learning agility with the desire to apply new skills
