The Senior Sales Associate will lead investor acquisition efforts through consultations, presenting deals, and converting demand into funded transactions.

Responsibilities

Run Investor Calls: Conduct phone and Zoom consultations with qualified prospects, guiding them through Custom Capital's value proposition and investment process

Present Live Deals: Walk investors through active NNN opportunities, helping them evaluate returns, cap rates, tenant credit, lease structure, and risk profiles

Control the Sales Process: Manage next steps, create urgency, execute disciplined follow-up, and maintain momentum throughout the investor journey

Convert Demand into Funded Deals: Move qualified investors from initial engagement to executed transactions, partnering with Investor Relations and Acquisitions teams to deliver a premium experience

Maintain CRM Discipline: Keep HubSpot updated with clean data hygiene, accurate pipeline tracking, and detailed activity logging

Attend Investor Events: Represent Custom Capital at investor events and drive conversion through relationship-building and strategic follow-up

Required

Proven track record closing high-value transactions in timeshare, real estate, financial products, luxury goods, or similar high-consideration sales environments

High activity levels, clean CRM hygiene, and systematic approach to pipeline management and follow-up

You don't just work inbound leads—you actively seek ways to expand your pipeline and increase personal production

Professional presence and communication skills suited to engaging high-net-worth individuals and accredited investors

Preferred

Familiarity with cap rates, underwriting basics, NNN lease structures, and 1031 exchanges is strongly preferred—but we'll train the right candidate
