Responsibilities

Manage a team of 4 staff
Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
Hands on - "Lead by Example" complex account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts
Manage external audits with the CPA firm
Manage & resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Assist with an ERP data conversion and "go live" process
Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors
Supervise Staff (4)

Qualification

Accounting degree8+ years accounting experienceSALT Tax exposureMulti-entity accountingERP software experienceAdvanced Excel skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
8+ years of accounting experience with current staff supervision exposure
SALT Tax and Sales & Use tax exposure
Multi-entity accounting & reconciliation experience
ERP software experience and Advanced Excel skills
