Responsibilities

Managing/maintaining a Learning Management System including user management, content management, and system updates
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to bring others along with a new system implementation
Possessing knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, applications, and various information technologies
Analyzing systems and procedures, writing and revising standards and procedures, communicating effectively, and training others
Working on other Client projects as needed

Required

5+ years related industry experience
Organizational Change Management skills, ability to bring along stakeholders and end users within the project
Knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle as well as the project development cycle
Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write clearly and effectively
Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements for system design including advanced methodologies like story mapping, impact mapping, user story writing and refinement
Experience writing queries and analyzing data
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment
Experience in writing and executing test plans with attention to detail and quality focus

Preferred

4-year college degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications
