Procurement Manager - IT & Corporate Services Texas

They are seeking a Procurement Manager for IT & Corporate Services to lead the procurement of indirect services and support Oracle ERP implementation, ensuring effective sourcing strategies and supplier performance excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT and corporate services, including sourcing strategy development, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
Serve as the procurement lead for Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, partnering with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to support vendor selection, contracting, licensing, and implementation partner sourcing
Own procurement workstreams related to Oracle ERP initiatives, ensuring supplier alignment, cost controls, SLAs, and compliance throughout implementation, integration, and go-live phases
Develop and execute procurement category strategies aligned with organizational objectives and budgetary requirements
Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation across IT services and software spend
Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize and optimize procurement processes within Oracle ERP and procurement platforms, improving spend visibility, compliance, and reporting
Establish and monitor procurement KPIs, leveraging data analytics and procurement systems to inform decision-making
Utilize project and task management tools to track progress, communicate status, and ensure timely execution of procurement initiatives
Support company culture, performance management, and ethical procurement practices through continuous improvement and adherence to policies

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of relevant procurement experience
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Experience supporting or leading Oracle ERP implementations, including procurement modules, supplier onboarding, contract management, and reporting
Ability to travel up to 25%
In-person job attendance required

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field
Procurement or supply chain certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP)
