Confidential company is seeking a Senior Video Editor who excels at transforming raw footage and creative concepts into visually powerful, high-converting video ads. The role involves leading the post-production process and producing content that captures attention and drives measurable results.

Responsibilities
Lead video editing for short-form social ads (5–60s) across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and display placements
Craft compelling narratives that align with campaign goals and performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS, watch time)
Integrate motion graphics, typography, and sound design to enhance storytelling and brand recognition
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop and refine ad concepts based on real-time data and trends
Maintain high production standards—color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and finishing for all formats
Manage an efficient workflow including version control, structured file management, and delivery timelines
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in performance marketing or content-driven campaigns
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Cinema 4D is a plus
Strong storytelling instincts—knowing how to capture attention in the first seconds and sustain engagement
Experience with motion graphics integration, typography, and brand systems
Understanding of creative testing and the ability to adapt content based on performance analytics
Excellent English communication and team collaboration skills
A portfolio/reel demonstrating high-quality video ads or brand content across social platforms
