Responsibilities

Manage and support Exchange Server and Exchange Online environments, ensuring high availability and performance

Troubleshoot email flow, mailbox provisioning, and hybrid configurations

Monitor and automate operational tasks using PowerShell and administrative APIs

Support deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot across M365 services

Assist in developing usage guidelines and training materials for AI tools

Collaborate with internal teams to identify operational efficiencies through AI and automation

Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts

Required

8+ years of experience in Exchange and messaging operations

2+ years of experience supporting AI/ML tools or platforms

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange hybrid deployments, and Active Directory

Experience with PowerShell scripting and monitoring tools

Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI services

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform

Understanding of responsible AI principles and data governance

Agile delivery experience and cross-functional collaboration

Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLMs

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
