Responsibilities

Lead Wrike’s most complex and strategic professional services engagements, with a focus on automation and digital transformation
Translate customer business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that position Wrike as a core part of the end-to-end digital workstream
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to shape short- and long-term solutions and influence Wrike’s product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends
Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and a consistent customer experience throughout the lifecycle
Act as Project/Program Manager for large, cross-functional engagements, ensuring on-time delivery of deployments, training, and successful launches
Scope and position strategic Professional Services engagements, clearly explaining the value of Wrike’s services in the context of business transformation
Design and implement API integrations between Wrike and other enterprise systems (e.g., BI, ERP, CRM)
Advise customers on KPIs and analytics to measure, report, and improve business performance
Mentor and coach team members, helping build a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Stay current on work management practices, AI/automation trends, and productivity best practices, and share this knowledge with the team and customers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
8+ years of experience in a customer-facing, technology-focused role, ideally supporting organizations going through digital transformation
Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI/automation, and change management in large organizations
Programming experience (e.g., Python, Ruby, JavaScript) and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics
Proven experience integrating multi-vendor IT systems, using APIs, and ensuring data security and privacy
Solid understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and how technology impacts business outcomes
Project management experience, including scoping, managing, and delivering complex projects using agile or hybrid methods
Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues
Strong interpersonal skills: authentic, positive, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism

Preferred

Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
Experience with AI/ML platforms, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code tools
Deeper programming experience in Ruby and/or Python
Experience supporting marketing, creative, or digital teams
Familiarity with ITIL, IT4IT, COBIT, or similar frameworks
Multilingual skills
Experience with cloud security, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and zero-trust architectures
Public thought leadership in digital transformation, AI, or the future of work
