Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers about their vehicle's needs and recommend additional services as needed
Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Quick Lane Technician or similar role
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
