Production Assembler 2 (1st Shift)

Responsibilities
Some mechanical troubleshooting skills
Proficient microelectronic assembly skills
Proficient in cable harness and PCB assembly
Proficient in mechanical assembly of small parts and good understanding of torque requirements
Proficient at interpreting blueprints and adhering to instructions
Proficient in high voltage potting and high voltage testing skills
Shall be certified as an IDC Specialist and J-STD-001
Proficient at identifying and troubleshooting faulty components
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Six (6) or more years of related electronics assembly experience
Advanced understanding of ESD controls, soldering, epoxy mixing, bonding, assembly, and packaging techniques, as well as handling of electro-mechanical assemblies
Some mechanical troubleshooting skills
Proficient microelectronic assembly skills
Proficient in cable harness and PCB assembly
Proficient in mechanical assembly of small parts and good understanding of torque requirements
Proficient at interpreting blueprints and adhering to instructions
Proficient in high voltage potting and high voltage testing skills
Shall be certified as an IDC Specialist and J-STD-001
Proficient at identifying and troubleshooting faulty components
