Responsibilities
Own and enhance the Azure and M365 environment
Implement Conditional Access, RBAC, and identity policies that protect data while keeping user experience smooth
Contribute to the rollout of Azure services (networking, storage, integrations) - ensuring the right controls are in place from day one
Strengthen Windows Server and Active Directory foundations, modernize Group Policy, and lead patching / change control processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in Windows / Microsoft infrastructure roles
Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and M365
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and Exchange (on-prem or hybrid)
Understanding of data governance principles - ensuring users have access to only what they should, and nothing more
