SoTalent is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their Employment & Compliance team, reporting to the Senior Compliance Manager. This role is crucial in supporting the organization's global compliance program by ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies while promoting a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Conduct and support investigations into potential violations of laws, regulations, the Code of Ethical Conduct, and internal policies

Maintain thorough documentation and follow up on corrective actions

Develop and deliver compliance training across all employee levels, supporting a strong 'speak up' culture

Ensure training content is relevant and applicable to a global workforce

Maintain the global compliance intranet, keeping materials current and translated

Create awareness materials for employees and managers focused on ethics, compliance, and leadership responsibilities

Review and assess conflict of interest disclosures and provide guidance on mitigation

Apply knowledge of business operations, culture, and values to support effective policies and procedures

Champion organizational values and ethical conduct

Support additional compliance and ethics initiatives as needed

Collect, analyze, and interpret compliance data including disclosures, training completion, and ethics hotline reports

Identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks to inform program improvements

Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries

Partner closely with HR, Legal, and other internal teams

Build strong relationships across business units and enterprise functions
