Responsibilities

Design and define scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solution architectures that align with enterprise goals

Select appropriate AI/ML frameworks, models, and tools to build innovative solutions (LLMs, GenAI, computer vision, NLP, etc.)

Lead or support the development, fine-tuning, and deployment of large and small language models

Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and business processes, ensuring policy and compliance alignment

Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and enterprise architecture

Architect and deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS), with emphasis on Azure PaaS and SaaS services

Collaborate with platform and DevOps teams to manage AI workloads on hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure

Hands-on experience with AI development platforms such as Azure AI Studio, Ollama, Databricks, and Azure AI Foundry

Define AI project scope, KPIs, success metrics, and measurable ROI in collaboration with business stakeholders

Develop project plans and drive execution across AI initiatives using agile methodologies (Jira, Trello)

Identify and mitigate risks related to data availability, algorithmic fairness, model performance, and compliance

Ensure AI systems comply with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and ethical use guidelines

Serve as a strategic liaison between business leaders, product teams, data scientists, engineers, and IT leadership

Facilitate collaboration across onsite and offshore teams to deliver cohesive and integrated solutions

Champion AI adoption across departments and help evangelize responsible AI practices

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in AI solution design and deployment, including GenAI, ML, and NLP technologies

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions and integrating them within existing IT ecosystems

Background in working with both structured and unstructured data across cloud and on-prem environments

Strong proficiency in Python, R, .NET, or similar programming languages

Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and cloud-native AI services

Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure and AWS

Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Apache Spark)

Deep understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and MLOps practices

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty

TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification

AI/ML-related certifications (e.g., Google AI, Stanford ML)

Preferred

Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or enterprise architecture is a plus
