Responsibilities
Support business execution by identifying and implementing process improvements
Perform moderately complex administrative tasks and escalate non-routine questions to supervisors
Collaborate with client personnel to gather and share information effectively
Qualification
Required
2 years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Ability to work directly for our organization on a W2 basis
Preferred
Experience with merchant systems and payment support
Strong data validation and quality maintenance skills
Proficiency in managing multiple cases, approximately 20-30 per day
