Answer phone calls and emails in a professional, upbeat manner
Assist customers in locating correct parts via our online platforms
Process customer orders and payments
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products we offer
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Positive and professional demeanor
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate computer skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office suite, emailing, and internet searches
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ability to protect sensitive customer data
Ability to build rapport with clients
