Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
Client Engagement: Travel to meet existing and new customers, providing in-person service and product explanations
Sales Activities: Deliver presentations, demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and close sales
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
Performance & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, track activities, and report on market conditions
Brand Representation: Maintain a professional company image during all client interactions

Required

Proven sales experience in hospitality tourism and/or sporting events
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Customer service orientation and rapport-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and sales technology
3-4 years of sales in the hospitality/travel/sports industry
Strong customer service skills
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven event sales or other relevant experience (i.e. project management)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at a time while meeting deadlines and paying close attention to detail
Leadership/management skills - ability to delegate effectively
Analysis and problem-solving skills: ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems and finding the best solution quickly
Excellent organization, planning and time management skills
Strong technical skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Apps
Results oriented and process driven | Detail oriented, very thorough and consistently delivers error free work
Team player who gets along very well with all types of people
