Service Advisor
Hometown Tire and Service is a third-generation automotive shop dedicated to providing high-quality service and a supportive atmosphere. They are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to maintain their reputation for excellence by providing top-notch service to customers and managing service workflows efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle service needs
Provide accurate estimates for automotive repairs and services
Schedule appointments and manage the service workflow efficiently
Act as a liaison between customers and our technician team to ensure clear communication
Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions
Promote a positive shop culture by fostering teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services
Proficiency with computer systems and software related to automotive repair
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive setting
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and automotive repair terminology
