Responsibilities

Own the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, control, and close
Lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Guide agencies through content quality assessments and CMS onboarding
Present to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in at every stage
Apply formal PM methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Provide technical guidance on custom applications and digital platforms

Required

Proven experience managing digital or software projects (200–700 hours typical)
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working with executive-level leadership and external vendors
