Payroll & Reporting Sr Specialist

Yazaki North America is a leading international automotive supplier committed to environmental sustainability. They are seeking a Payroll & Reporting Sr Specialist responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with regulations, and reporting on payroll KPIs.

Responsibilities

Control, verify, and validate monthly payroll results to ensure accuracy and compliance
Analyze payroll variances and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll closure
Ensure adherence to internal payroll procedures and deadlines
Update and maintain employees’ personal and contractual data in Sage Payroll
Ensure data integrity and consistency between payroll system and HR records
Support system checks and improvements related to payroll processing
Prepare and submit all social security and tax declarations in compliance with local regulations
Ensure accurate preparation of payroll-related reports and statutory filings
Contribute to the preparation of OPS Review elements and related reporting
Integrate, monitor, and control all payroll elements (salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, overtime, absences, etc.)
Ensure correct application of payroll rules, labor law, and internal policies
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to validate payroll inputs
Prepare and manage various administrative HR documents
Monitor and follow up on employment contracts and contractual changes
Prepare documentation related to business trips
Verify, update, and maintain employee personnel files
Issue work certificates, salary certificates, and Solde de Tout Compte (STC) documents in compliance with regulations
Elaborate payroll and HR dashboards for management and internal stakeholders
Analyze payroll data to support decision-making and audits
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on payroll KPIs
Each employee must follow the legal obligations
Each employee must perform his/her work tasks in accordance with the qualification and received training and also according with the instructions received from the employer, in such manner that he/she will not expose to any danger of injury or occupational disease both himself and others who may be affected by his/her actions or omissions during the work process
To inform the hierarchical supervisor about the actions or situations that may cause an accident at work and take immediate action to isolate and remove the state of serious and imminent danger, according to the instructions previously received and to immediately announce about the work accident/incident suffered or if he/she is witnesses of one of it
Respect the Quality Management System procedures, according with standards IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
Respect 5S requirements
Respect the Environmental, Health and Safety Legislation, Policy and Standard according to ISO 14001:2015 is ISO 45001:2018 and Internal Regulations

Required

Master's degree in Economics or HR fields
3-5 years of professional experience in a related area
