Responsibilities
Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Ads’ measurement platform
Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross‑channel reporting, and AI‑driven insights
Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption
Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact features
Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
