Manager, International Post Operations
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Manager of International Post Operations to oversee title management for certain Studio banners. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely mastering and quality control of content while managing a small team to drive efficient execution of workflows.

Responsibilities
Title management which includes mastering feasibility, build plan execution, component and motion ordering and oversight, QC escalation, systems management, and censorship execution
Lead efforts and meetings with internal Post Production teams and executives to ensure clarity on timelines
Mastering theatrical content and distribution (OV, localized, accessibility) which includes all formats for North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific
Mastering in-home content (localized, censored) for all platforms globally
QC and escalation of OV, audio, picture and localization for theatrical windows and some in-home windows while adhering to timelines
Assessing unique problems that require thoughtful, tactful and knowledgeful solutions including executive presence, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the process
Identification of and active project management to improve processes including quality metrics and root cause analysis
Training and leading others on proper processes and execution
Leads with a customer focus, reinforces continuous improvement and professional growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience and proficient understanding of digital media, deliverables, workflows, and technical knowledge related to episodic and film mastering workflows
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with a hybrid (on/offsite) operational team within a motion picture, television, streaming or media/postproduction company
Ability to foster a culture of customer-focused behaviors that promote a high level of responsiveness
A working knowledge of Project Management and methodologies and Collaboration systems and products such as Jira, Smartsheet, Trello, Confluence
Proven ability to be methodical, collaborative, and efficient
Experience in the following areas – Planning/Forecasting, Project management, Vendor management, Quality Management
Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday). Fridays are remote with flexibility to work onsite as needed. Additional flexibility may be required for evenings and weekends
Preferred
Experience working with key stakeholders across global territories (North America, LatAm, APAC, EMEA)
Understanding of technical aspects related to mastering and QC activities
Excellent communication skills and an ability to participate with ease in collaborative efforts across departments and teams
