Responsibilities
Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within Workspace
Own the end-to-end experience, from ideation to final specs
Collaborate with other Workspace teams to integrate frontier experiences into their products
Influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners to ship impactful and innovative products
Lead initiatives to align large groups of people coming together to solve a common problem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Experience designing and prototyping within Figma
Experience designing, building, or launching consumer-facing products
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
2 years of experience leading design projects
Experience with 0-1 products or features
Ability to design across multiple platforms and modalities
