Life Sciences Business Development Manager
RCM Technologies, Inc. is a premier provider of business and technology solutions, and they are seeking a Life Sciences Business Development Manager to identify and close new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector. The role involves developing client relationships, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities
Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing
Assesses client needs and makes recommendations
Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch services to clients
Negotiates sales, discounts, and long-term contracts with clients
Provides technical advice after sales
Establishes sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals
Becomes fluent in all partnerships and services offered by RCM through testing, demonstrations, and research
Answers questions, describes benefits, and discusses pros and cons of various competing products or services
Gains familiarity with the Life Sciences industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
Attends trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales
Qualification
Required
3-5 years overall sales experience within the Life Sciences Industry
5+ years of sales in a Consultative environment (not looking for HW salespeople or individuals that have sold services bundled with a software sale)
Knowledge of business processes in the Life Sciences industry
Looking for individuals with a book of business
Formal sales methodology training, implementation, and management experience
Strong MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Strong presentation skills
Independent starter and worker
Demonstrates ability to follow through and complete assignments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology)
