Responsibilities
Design & Develop: Build and optimize data pipelines, models, and storage solutions using technologies like SQL, Azure Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory and GenAI
End-to-End Ownership: Align discrete tasks into complete technical solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning
Collaboration: Work closely with PMs, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient data solutions
Quality & Testing: Implement unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
Continuous Improvement: Review module/feature issues, identify opportunities for optimization, and proactively resolve problems before they escalate
Documentation: Create design documents, data models, and operational runbooks for maintainability and transparency
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience with data governance, data compliance and/or data security
Experience with Microsoft data stack (Azure, Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, GenAI, Copilot, Agent)
Knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI data workflows and analytics
Exposure to large-scale telemetry, customer health, enterprise data platform/warehouse or business intelligence systems
