Answering the main phone line
Transferring calls to appropriate staff person
Taking messages and sending emails
Data entry in our database
Tracking referrals in an Excel spreadsheet
Greeting any visitors to our building
Comfortable with Excel-- entering data, using formulas/tools/functions
Experience managing budgets
Reviewing and processing financial transactions
Experience with accounts payable/accounts receivable
Experience completing/processing contracts and invoices
Comfortable using finance software system
Trauma-informed
Comfortable answering the phone line
Able to hear some potentially difficult stories related to individuals experiences
