Project Manager Job Details | CRH
Cadillac Asphalt, a CRH Americas Materials Company, is seeking a Project Manager responsible for managing Heavy Civil Construction projects from start to finish. The role involves maintaining project schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project revenue tracking and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
Verify cost estimates and work with Estimators to complete project handoff
Issue, execute and manage subcontracts as required with Contract Admins
Frequent project visits to maintain pulse of a project and attend project related meetings
Maintain and manage accurate construction/paving schedules for projects managed
Articulate process of analyzing, tracking, and collecting project revenue on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Ability to actively manage and communicate understanding of job cost performance
Perform post-build analysis of projects identifying key performance drivers and how they relate to the overall performance of the project
Drive efficiency and value changes in the field through recognition of project construction opportunities
Ability to manage the collection process of money due for each project
Promote Safety and take active role in addressing concerns and advancing Safety on projects
Maintain relationships with owners and customers
Assist with estimating as needed utilizing HCSS bidding and Revu BlueBeam take-off software
Continuous education of HMA designs, paving practices, HMA productions (plant) and how they impact overall project schedules
Recognize and manage jobsite issues as they relate to subcontractors and project schedule
Qualification
Required
Computer Experience: Revu BlueBeam
Computer Experience: MS Office Suite 2013 or newer
Computer Experience: Understanding of Viewpoint or other accounting software a plus
Computer Experience: Knowledge of scheduling a plus
Computer Experience: HCSS or similar estimating software
3-5 yrs. experience in a similar role preferred

Physical Requirements: Work will be performed in an office setting (30%) and outside on a job site (70%). Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, twisting
Work Environment: This position will work the majority of the time in a project field environment but will also include regular visits to an office for meetings and/or project related functions. Work environment will vary depending on job task. Ideal applicants will be comfortable working in a variety of settings and scenarios to accomplish the required tasks above
Preferred
