Business to Business Outside Sales

FASTSIGNS is a company in the sign and graphics industry, and they are seeking an Outside Sales Professional. In this role, you'll work with various clients to provide customized signage solutions, manage customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Work with people across different industries, providing solutions that make an impact in and around their workplace
Spend your days meeting with clients, assessing their needs, prospecting for new business, networking, developing and executing customer solutions, and managing customer relationships
Sell a customized and ever-expanding product line based on customer needs and desires
Identify and develop sales prospects and leads through business referrals and networking, outbound phone and email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings with large and small business customers
Collaborate with graphic designers, internal production staff, and custom fabrication vendors/partners to produce and deliver outstanding graphics and signage solutions
Manage customer expectations and resolve any customer satisfaction issues

Required

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an outside sales or business development role is desired
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with clients
Comfort with presenting and explaining product offerings to a diverse client base
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software
Basic proficiency in Google Suite is required
Understanding of business-to-business sales, with the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets and goals
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel within the local area for client meetings and networking events

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the sign and graphics industry is a plus, but not a requirement
Familiarity with cloud-based point-of-sale systems is a plus
