Responsibilities

Perform basic electronic, electromechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies, or subassemblies
Perform repetitive duties in a single piece flow mixed model cell
Follows methods and sequence of operations in performing component installation and fitting on assembly units, seeking guidance of Sr. Team Assembler or Lead as needed
Ability to use a variety of hand tools, including torque drivers
Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to work instructions
May work on other cells to perform basic assembly tasks as needed
Perform basic functional tests such as Hi-pot and continuity tests
Other duties as assigned

Required

Required high school diploma or GED
Demonstrates competency (typically 1-2 years of direct experience in the essential functions of the position)
Able to read, interpret and understand written and verbal instructions
Have good dexterity and eye/hand coordination
Able to contribute to a positive team environment
Comprehension - Understand and apply information conveyed in written and oral methods
Communication - Communicate information and ideas, written and verbal, so others will understand
Problem Sensitivity - Tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem and notifying appropriate people
Customer Service - Understand and quickly respond to customer needs
Near Vision - See details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Selective Attention - The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
Visual Color Discrimination - Match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness
Finger Dexterity - Make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed, with totes, etc
Must be a US Person under ITAR to be eligible
