Responsibilities

Own the top of the funnel — develop, qualify, and convert new enterprise opportunities in target sectors (Retail/eCommerce, Food on Demand, Travel, Technology/SaaS, or Home Services)
Lead consultative, insight-driven sales engagements that reframe client challenges and position Quantanite’s AI-human solutions as transformative
Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and Solutions & Transformation team to design customized proposals and commercial models that tie directly to client outcomes
Shape the narrative — help evolve our positioning in the US market through thought leadership, networking, and strategic event participation
Build executive relationships with senior decision-makers across Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, and Procurement
Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solutioning through to contract closure and handover to delivery
Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy through data-driven reporting and CRM hygiene
Act as a brand ambassador — embody Quantanite’s contrarian, AI-first ethos in every conversation and partnership

Required

10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in Outsourcing, BPO, CX, or tech-enabled services, ideally blending services and SaaS/AI product sales
Deep understanding of one or more of our focus industries: retail/eCommerce, food on demand, online travel, technology/SaaS, or home services
Proven success selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions with long sales cycles and enterprise-level decision processes
A consultative mindset — comfortable diagnosing operational pain points and co-creating transformation roadmaps with clients
Strong grasp of AI, automation, and data-driven operations — able to translate technical potential into commercial outcomes
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for making complex ideas accessible and persuasive
High integrity, entrepreneurial drive, and a growth mindset
